Our exclusive town houses offer modern and comfortable living in one of the most popular locations in Prague. You may just find a home in one of the five villas that we would like to present to you.

We offer a total of five townhouses, the advantage of which is not only easy maintenance, but also low energy costs.

The houses near the Hostivařský dam are designed as an ideal type of modern town house with its own garden. Each house has a net usable area of approximately 190 m2 comprising three floors:
